“Drawing on real-world experience and my background as a medical professional, I offer practical insight into how aggression escalates and how effective communication, behavioural awareness and early decision-making can prevent harm.”
Dr Anup Singh is a GP and experienced martial artist with over a decade of training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling, and MMA. Raised on a council estate and exposed early to real violence - including robberies and knife threats - he went on to work in high-risk environments such as prisons, asylum centres, A&E, and the NHS frontline. As a locum GP in over 150 practices nationwide, he has repeatedly encountered patients with drug- and alcohol-related issues, behavioural volatility, and aggression, developing strong, practical skills in handling high-pressure and unpredictable interactions. This rare combination of medical expertise, behavioural insight, and genuine real-world experience allows him to help organisations manage conflict, reduce risk, and respond to aggression with clarity and confidence.
Our training is customised to reflect the unique risk characteristics of each organisation
